Our approach is conservative placement — softening what bothers you while leaving your face able to move and express. You should look rested, not treated. BOTOX OR DYSPORT — WHICH ONE? We carry both. They are both neurotoxins, they do the same job, and the differences are real but small. Botox — the one everyone knows. Predictable, precise, and excellent for small detailed areas. Dysport — tends to take effect a little faster. It is dosed on a different scale, so a unit of Dysport is not the same as a unit of Botox. If you have had one before and liked it, we will usually stay with it. If you are new to injectables, we will recommend based on the area being treated and how your muscles actually move. Either way it is a conversation, not an upsell. Your provider maps how your face moves, explains exactly what they are recommending and why, and answers anything you want to ask before a needle comes out. Treatment itself takes a few minutes and most people go straight back to their day. PRICING Botox is $14 per unit. Dysport is $7 per unit. Dysport is dosed on a different scale — roughly 2.5 units of Dysport for every 1 unit of Botox. A Dysport unit and a Botox unit are not the same thing, which is why the per-unit price tells you very little on its own. Compare the treatment.
